This is an older, slightly old fashioned resort but it is being slowly updated & is well maintained. Tainos has 5 bars & provides good quality food from its buffet restaurant & snack bar, while there are excellent Cuban & Japanese a’la carte restaurants (early booking required).

Despite being a little tired in places, hotel Tainos is an excellent 4-star resort, made extra special by outstanding staff, & is highly recommended for families, couples & anyone looking for a peaceful holiday beside a great beach.

Standard rooms at Tainos hotel are ensuite, with a balcony or terrace & views of the gardens or ocean. The décor is a little tired, however, rooms are comfortable, bright & well presented by charming maids.
